Cromwell:  Facilitated a public private partnership resulting in the first industrial sub-division in 15 years, opening up 100’s of acres of developable land and millions in future revenue.
 
South Windsor I-291 Gateway, successfully recruited a preferred developer who is now partnering with the Town and private landowners to create 162 acre commercial/industrial campus.
Plymouth developed marketing strategy including logo, web site and targeted marketing campaign to promote Phase III of the Plymouth Business Park, results thus far include the recruitment of 2 new businesses and over $4 million in proposed grand list growth.
Voluntown assisted in obtaining state grant to build village center and currently developing a community strategy to facilitate quality economic growth around it.
Cromwell Riverfront, Successfully recruited a preferred developer and proposal to build a $35 million project.
