Most Frequently Asked Question: "What is the average price per sq. ft of
a Robert Glenn home"? Answer: We don't have one. We are a design/built
custom home builder. A custom home is designed specifically for the
homeowner as well as a specific site. No two individuals are exactly alike,
therefore we have never built the same house twice. Home buyers all have
different tastes, styles and priorities. A house has to reflect all of that.
The designs of the home, the roofline and the selections for the interior
the buyer makes greatly determines the cost of the home. Once we get to know
you and understand your lifestyle, we will be better able to design your
home as well as discuss costs. An important fact to keep in mind... in
making a home a great place to live, a well thought out plan and attention
to detail are far more important than square footage.
To help us understand your lifestyle and personality, we encourage you to
look through magazines and start cutting out pictures of homes, kitchens,
bedrooms, decorating ideas, etc. that appeal to you. Placing them in an
expandable file folder will help you organize your photos. If possible,
please bring these photos to the first meeting.
